2. Carriage and Packaging
Unless specified Otherwise, the prices stated include delivery.
Packaging for the goods shall be at the
discretion of the Company, which shall have the right to pack the
goods in such a manner and with such materials and in such
quantities as it in its absolute discretion thinks fit.
3. Price
All prices shall be as stated by the Company unless otherwise agreed
in writing. Any discounts or "special offers" displayed will only be
applicable at time of display.
4. Payment
All goods will be paid for on a pro-forma basis only. Payment is
made by credit card online. Alternatively the buyer may phone
with credit card details.
5. Delivery, Examination and Claims
The company will use its best endeavours to complete delivery on
or before any delivery dates requested by the Buyer or estimated by
the Company. If delivery is not possible within the specified time,
the Buyer will have the option of a full refund and cancellation of
the order. The Company will not be obliged to offer any compensation
for disappointment suffered.
If the Company cannot complete delivery due to
discontinuation of goods then any sum paid by the Buyer will be
refunded and the Seller will notify the Buyer at the address given
on the order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and,
in any event, within 30 days of order. The Company will not be
obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.
The buyer shall accept mutually arranged
delivery. If the goods are undelivered, the obligation is with the
buyer to negotiate re-delivery with Royal Mail.
The buyer shall upon delivery examine the Goods
and shall promptly (in any event within 14 days of delivery) notify
in writing the Company, where appropriate, of any apparent damage,
defect or shortages.
6. Guarantee and Warranty
All goods supplied are subject to manufacturers guarantees where
relevant. No further guarantee is available from
bearsbymail.com
7. Cancellation
Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer has 7 days
in which they can choose to cancel the order and return the goods
for a full refund. However, the customer will be responsible for
return of the goods in a saleable condition to the Company's address
at their cost.
8. Descriptions
All drawings, descriptions, illustrations, weight and dimensions
given in the Company’s catalogues, price lists or other advertising
matter are approximate and intended for general guidance purposes
only. They may be subject to change without prior notice to the
Buyer.
